VIP Guest-Relations Volunteers

Provide a high-level hospitality, acting as concierge to special guests, sponsors, media and influecers to ensure a premium experience. Key responsibilities include greeting, checking in, escorting VIPs, and providing assistance throughout the event. Act as an ambassador offering a professional, welcoming presence.

Food Server Volunteers

Ensures that attendees receive sips or bites on behalf of the Culinary Partner. Present in a clean, welcoming and safe environment. Review product information and communicate to guest. Keeping service areas clean and follow food handling safety guidelines.

Access Control Volunteers

Serve as essential ambassadors at entry points and restricted areas. Responsible for managing attendee flow, and ensuring only authorized individuals access into the event. They monitor for safety issues and provide a visible presence to maintain order.

Table Busser Volunteers

Ensure a clean, welcoming environment by clearing dishes and resetting seating areas efficiently during the event.

Manage trash disposal ensuring a positive guest experience.

Post-event / Dissemble Volunteers

Critical for ensuring the smooth breakdown of the event. Reorganizing and loading materials as well as trash and waste adminstration.
