The difference is that with VIP Reserved Tables, a guest selects a specific table quantity and selects which additional guests sit at that table. Guests who buy individual tickets can seat in the General Area where seats are best avaliable. Individual and Duo Ticket Buyers are not permitted to reserved tables.

Yes. Guest may purchase tickets on the event date, Sunday, May 17th, 2026.

Silent Auction items can be submitted up to one week prior to the event.

Yes. Tickets can be tranferred to another guest. Please email info@FestaItalianaCharlotte.Org for details.

Yes, Children 12 & Under have Free Admission. Parents/Guidians must accompany childrens during the events. Individuals Ages 13 to 20 are admitted with Teen Ticket option.

Yes. All individuals need proof of ID for Alcholic and Non-Alcholic Wrist Bands. 

Tangible Goods/Products

Our Foundation  accepts donated physical items to be used at FESTA ITALIANA Charlotte or gifts redirected to Nevins of Charlotte. These items help reduce operation expenses, build the event experience or provide support.

Silent Auction

Individuals are welcome to donate items for our Silent Auction. 100% of the funds raised from the Silent Auction are gifted to Nevins.

Intangible Items 

Our Foundation accepts  non-physical contributions that allow the usage of event space, speaking opportunities, guest appearing on a podcast or social media post spotlights.

Volunteering professional services or people 

This to helps with event production is valuable in covering tasks that would require funding.
